Technical Specification:

Because of the serial or semi-serial integral helical ridges on the inside surface of the tube the surface area is increased and the refrigerant flowing inside the tube. And the HTC inside the tube is 1.5 to 2 times as high as that of plain tube which the same size. We can manufacture tube with the corrugated helical groove on the outside of the tube and the tube which has radial parallel ridges inside the tube with zero degree helix angles suitable for heat pipe radiators. The plain ends and the length will be as per customers’ requirements. The maximum length is 7m.

Application:
The tube especially suitable for commercial air-conditioner heat exchanger, central airr-conditioner dry evaporator, heat pipe radiator of electronic products and solar equipment.
